Work Environment

This position is uniquely designed to be 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to establish your hours and work schedule while serving clients across different time zones. As an integral member of our fully remote team, you will leverage technology to conduct counseling sessions via video chat, providing a professional yet comfortable atmosphere for your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized, ethical, and compassionate mental health counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring to create a safe and open environment.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate healing and personal growth in clients, customizing your approach to fit their specific needs.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that align with each client's situation, mental health needs, and life goals.
• Encourage clients to gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships, helping them to foster better self-awareness.
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, implementing adjustments to plans as needed and ensuring clients are developing healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health needs. These individuals often seek support for issues such as anxiety management, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress reduction. Our goal is to empower clients to enhance their quality of life through effective treatment and support strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must possess a valid, full license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice independently without supervision; provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.
• Prior work experience in mental health counseling is preferred but may not be mandatory if qualifications are met.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a compassionate demeanor to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our user-friendly, all-in-one therapist platform effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with adult clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices is a plus.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, depending on your availability and caseload. Additionally, we provide:
