Responsibilities: As a member of the maintenance team, this position will be primarily responsible for conducting minor repairs to car wash equipment, property maintenance, light duty construction, new project start-ups, and building and equipment renovations. This is a benefited, full-time position, with a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday. The pay range for this position is $20.00-$30.00 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour overnight differential, depending upon experience.

Minimum job requirements:

• One to three years of electrical, welding, and plumbing experience, is preferred
• Good mechanic knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems
• Ability to work both independently or as a team on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to handle heavy equipment, bend, lift, and stand for excessive periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Required to submit to and pass a motor vehicle report (MVR) screening to operate a company vehicle as required by this position
• Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment
