Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient adult primary care role focused on long-term patient relationships
• Manage chronic disease, preventive medicine, and wellness care
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Mission-driven healthcare organization serving the Berkshire region
• Strong support staff and established clinical workflows

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up To $75,000
• Relocation Assistance Available
• Weekend Call Stipend Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday Through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible Scheduling Options Available
• Outpatient Practice Setting
• One Weekend Every 8 Weeks With Stipend

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive screenings and wellness visits
• Develop long-term treatment plans for chronic disease management
• Coordinate care with specialists and support services
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
