Phlebotomy -Client Office

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm with 1-hour lunch break and Saturdays may be included. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments as necessary. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and act as the face of the company. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency. 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications 3 years or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Job Standards Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Pass a standardized color blindness test. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
