Build and refine sales processes that drive measurable results and accountability. Hire, coach, and mentor sales representatives through ongoing training and development. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and team performance to leadership. Partner with the General Manager to align sales execution with business objectives. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a people-first, service-driven approach. Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices. What You Need: 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership. Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and exceeding sales goals. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a results-oriented mindset. Experience implementing scalable sales systems and accountability frameworks. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred. All candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
