Overview Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting top talent to support our nonprofit mission of providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Our focused team delivers mission‑driven patient care in a comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver‑to‑patient ratio. Schedule 32 hours per week, shifts starting at 4:30 am. Sundays off; no overnight shifts. Compensation Pay range: $23.00–$32.79 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. Benefits Paid 12‑week training with preceptor, including job shadowing opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits Life and long‑term disability insurance at no additional expense Paid time off (PTO) including holidays Extended Sick Bank (ESB) in addition to PTO – paid time for doctor appointments, sickness or medical leave Retirement plan with 0.50 of each contributed dollar matched for eligible employees, up to 8 percent Education reimbursement Employee assistance program Wellness program Among others Responsibilities Provide nursing care as part of the in‑center hemodialysis patient care team under direct RN supervision Assist with patient assessment, initiation and discontinuation of treatment; monitor during and assess after treatment; obtain required lab work Assess and monitor patient access and intervene where appropriate Follow infection control policies and procedures Understand concepts of water treatment and effects on patient care Communicate effectively to keep charge nurse aware of patient condition changes Follow clinic risk management program Administer and educate patients regarding medications within scope of practice Attend required training and staff meetings to maintain and expand skills Qualifications Excellent communication skills Desire to collaborate with care teams Problem‑solving ability Education & Training Accredited practical nursing program completion Dialysis experience preferred, not required Current SC LPN license Current CPR/AED certification Current state IV therapy training, if applicable DCI provides a comprehensive education program, including classroom group sessions, job shadowing and one‑on‑one skills training Job Location 301 W.
