The Loan Officer will serve primarily refinance clients and first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the loan origination process with expertise and professionalism. As part of a loan officer team and acting as an individual contributor, this role involves consulting clients, evaluating credit, and facilitating loan approvals using third-party loan origination systems and CRM platforms. The position offers clear growth opportunities toward senior officer roles and management transitions.
Responsibilities
- Originate mortgage loans tailored to client needs
- Consult with clients to understand financial situations and goals
- Evaluate creditworthiness and verify financial documents
- Secure loan approvals adhering to regulatory standards
- Utilize loan origination systems and CRM platforms effectively
- Collaborate with team members to optimize client outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage lending
