Registered Nurse

What You’ll Do Assist with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within your scope of practice. Use your clinical knowledge and nursing skills to provide appropriate, evidence-based care. Assess patient data and identify individual care needs, including age-specific requirements. Deliver care in an efficient, safe manner while following department policies and procedures. Demonstrate performance aligned with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization. Address patient-care and departmental situations within your scope of responsibility and escape issues appropriately. Assist with data collection and research studies conducted within the work area.
