As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–24 months , supporting their development through structured routines, nurturing care, and engaging learning experiences. This role requires strong classroom management, consistency, and teamwork to maintain a safe and positive environment for children and staff. Responsibilities Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Maintain active supervision and ratio compliance at all times Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures Implement our L.E.A.P curriculum and daily routines consistently Communicate professionally with families and team members Support a positive, respectful team culture Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation Qualifications 1-3+ years experience working with toddlers (12–24 months preferred) Florida DCF 45 Hours, Staff Credential Preferred CPR/1st Aid Qualified CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or willingness to obtain Strong understanding of health & safety standards Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and actively engage with children Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable) Requirements Background check clearance (required) CPR/First Aid (current or completed upon hire) Ability to meet state licensing requirements We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful culture.
