As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.Minimum Qualifications:Active LPN license in the state of MissouriStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staffEnsure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocolsAssist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and proceduresProvide guidance and support to nursing staff as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsAs a Charge Nurse, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills on a daily basis. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of nursing staff, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and to assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Additionally, you may be called upon to provide direct patient care as needed.
