Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of industrial mechanical construction projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with operations, production, and field teams.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, budgeting, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead industrial mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through project completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with production, field, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates while monitoring overall financial performance
• Manage project costs, contract changes, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for future business
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence across project teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within industrial mechanical construction
• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, field personnel, subcontractors, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Procore construction management software
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
• Experience working in industrial contracting or mechanical construction environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to various project locations as business needs require
