Pay: $32.00 - $43.24 | $20,000 Retention Bonus Available.

Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-Time | Permanent Position
  
• Provide comprehensive respiratory care services including patient assessment, diagnostic testing, therapeutic interventions, cardiopulmonary support, monitoring, and patient education.
  
• A Respiratory Therapist will deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher required.
  
• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license required (or eligibility for licensure).
  
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
  
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures, cardiopulmonary equipment, infection control, quality improvement, and patient safety standards.
