XL Pro National Staffing is NOW HIRING for a Bilingual On-Site Recruiter!

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual On-Site Recruiter to support recruiting efforts at a busy warehouse facility.

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM, plus weekends as needed
Location: Atlanta, GA 30336

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and create or update job descriptions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including phone screenings, resume reviews, and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and continuously build a talent database.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking resources to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency, preferably in the light industrial industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, phone, and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience conducting both phone and in-person interviews.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques across multiple social media platforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
