Role Description: The Mortgage Loan Originator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dearborn, MI, with hybrid and remote options available as well. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new mortgage loan business through networking, referrals, and relationship-building with borrowers, real estate professionals, and other partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective borrowers, collecting and analyzing financial information, recommending appropriate loan products, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. The Mortgage Loan Originator will collaborate with underwriting and processing teams, ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the loan lifecycle. This role also involves meeting production goals while delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications: Strong loan origination skills, including experience in Mortgage Lending and handling various types of Loans. Knowledge of Underwriting principles and the ability to work effectively with underwriting teams. Solid understanding of Finance, including credit analysis, income verification, and debt-to-income calculations. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and referral partners. Working knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations and compliance requirements. Effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Comfort with technology, including loan origination systems and digital collaboration tools. Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related lending role preferred. Relevant licensing as required by state and federal regulations (e.g., NMLS registration). #J-18808-Ljbffr
