Part Time Teller

Position Overview Job ID: R220819 As a Part‑Time Teller within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Wyoming, MI. This role requires 28 hours weekly. You will provide frontline customer service, process transactions, educate customers about financial products, and identify opportunities to meet their needs. Branch Hours Monday‑Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Job Description Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate. Use product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Managing risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with activities to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Competencies: accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, understanding customer needs. Work experience: roles at this level typically do not require a degree; high school diploma or GED acceptable.
