Graphic Designer

FASTSIGNS of West Dallas is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to create and prepare signage and large-format graphics for print and production. This position combines creative design with technical production setup in a fast-paced sign environment. Projects include banners, vehicle graphics, dimensional signs, wall graphics, window vinyl, decals and large-format printed graphics. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Paid time off Employee discounts Free uniforms Training & development Competitive salary Schedule & Compensation Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights or weekends Paid training provided Paid time off, holidays, performance-based bonuses Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Design and layout signs and graphics based on customer requests and work orders Create new artwork and modify existing customer-supplied files Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing and vinyl production Set up artwork with proper bleed, scaling, resolution, and cut patterns Operate vinyl cutting equipment Coordinate with team members and customers during proofing and revision processes Ensure artwork accuracy by reviewing work orders and production specifications Maintain organized project files and meet production deadlines Qualifications 1 to 2 years of graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience preparing large-format print files preferred Knowledge of vinyl cutting, bleed, scaling, and print setup a plus Experience with sign industry software or RIP software preferred Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr FASTSIGNS®
