Job Title: Receptionist & Social Media Content Creator**
**About Us:**
Trinity Paradise Spa is a premier Head Spa dedicated to providing our clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We pride ourselves on our exceptional service and tranquil environment. We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist who can also create engaging content for our social media platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
