Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist customers with account servicing needs and issue resolution. Identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services. Support branch operations while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 6-12 months of customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
