The current opening is for an Import/Export Specialist.  Main duties include:

• Coordinate international shipment details
• Perform shipment coordination with customers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, etc.
• Perform logistics data analysis, identify errors, improve processes
• Develop relationships with freight and external logistics companies
• Stay current of U.S. Customs regulations

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function
• Experience working in Microsoft applications and SAP, or other ERP system
• EAR and ITAR knowledge to process licenses with the respective government agencies
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills
• Possess strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management systems and procedures
