Mortgage Servicing Specialist

U.S. Bank is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to respond to telephone inquiries, resolve billing disputes, provide account information, and handle card or payment orders. Training runs 9 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, with 100% attendance required. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with additional pay for bilingual Spanish language skills and certain shift times and Saturday schedules.
