First-Party Collections Specialist — Onsite

Columbia Bank seeks a Collections Agent to manage first-party collections for 1-30 day delinquent accounts. You will communicate with customers via phone, mail, email, text, or in person and negotiate payment arrangements to protect the company’s interest. You will maintain documentation, handle extensions and forbearances, and prepare payoff schedules and notices.
