Record Center SpecialistOur client in the storage and records management industry is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day record processing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, comfort with hands-on physical work, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Eagan, MNPay Rate: $20.00/hourPosition Type: 3-Month Contract-to-HireShift: Monday - Friday; 8:30AM - 5:00PMWhat's the Job?Process orders by moving and arranging storage boxes, bins, and totes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.Lift, carry, and transport boxes manually and using hand carts while working on uneven and concrete surfaces.Use a proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.Operate a hand-held scanner to support accurate order fulfillment.Load, shrink wrap, and move pallets and boxes onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.What's Needed?Ability to lift and carry boxes ranging from 10–100 lbs on a regular basis without assistance.HS Diploma/GEDComfort with frequent walking, standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting throughout the shift.Ability to safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, including loading and moving equipment while maintaining safe footing.Ability to read and write English to follow labels, instructions, and order details.Ability to climb and balance on ladders as needed for tasks.What's in it for me?Be part of a team that keeps records organized, accessible, and ready for customer needs.Work in a role where your reliability and accuracy directly impact order completion.Build confidence in hands-on logistics and material handling skills.Join a Temp to Perm opportunity with the potential for internal growth.Work a consistent schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
