Future Opening: Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Licensed Life/Health Insurance Producer

Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Life/Health Insurance Producer, with a minimum of ONE year of selling Life/Health products. As a Life/Health Specialist for the Miller/Kruel State Farm Agency you will market the Life/Health insurance services and products State Farm has to offer, to benefit customers and their families. Your experience equips you to earn bonuses as you provide the necessary support and reassurances. As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, who has earned many top company awards for Life Insurance sales, are looking forward to expanding our successful agency with your skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Offer and sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
• Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• State insurance license for life and health insurance.
• One year of Life/Health Sales is a must.
• Ability to work on base salary with commission (previous commission history will be requested)
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
