The Moderation Empowerment team is focused on empowering moderators with tools to shape culture, drive engagement, and scale healthy communities. We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Engineer to join our team. What we are looking for: At least 4+ years of experience as a software engineer developing user‑facing Android mobile native applications at scale, using Java or Kotlin Software development experience in one or more general‑purpose programming languages; Java, Python, Go, Rust, C++ Additional knowledge around GraphQL, REST, basics, and the ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and to deliver projects on schedule BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience Entrepreneurial spirit. You are self‑directed, innovative, and biased towards action in fast‑paced environments. You love to build new things and thrive in ambiguity and even failure Excellent communication skills. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
