Responsibilties:

• Tracheostomy care and management
• Mechanical ventilator management
• Enteral feedings (NG, G-tube, J-tube)
• Medication administration
• Central line care (if applicable)
• Pediatric nursing competencies, if available

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 30 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
