We are looking for an organized, clinically experienced BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm, as you will be the main point of contact for parents. Each BCBA is assisted by an intern and has a max caseload of 13 clients. You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. Attention to detail is vital to adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided. SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval. Job Description Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, PEAK, ESDM, Social Skills Solutions, etc) Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests) Safety Management Cleaning Duties Qualifications/Requirements Maintains BACB Certification Maintains State Certification Maintains BLS / CPR certification Maintains NPI number Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training Maintains updated CAQH account Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an accredited university No criminal background Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active Expectations Provide high-quality care to our clients Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB Maintains client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers Benefits Salary $65,000-85,000 (depending on experience) 10 days paid vacation per year 10 days paid holidays per year Company paid Professional Liability Insurance Company paid BLS / CPR certification Company paid QBS Safety certification Company paid CEUs Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Success On The Spectrum
