J.B. Hunt offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days with holiday pay.
This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged $72,975
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
Job Details:
- $0.60.5 - $0.62.5 cpm
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $20 per stop
- Holiday pay per day: $140 per day
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- New hire training pay: $250 Per Day
- Daily home time
- Majority no touch freight
- Onsite management
- Paid online orientation
