As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and more.
• Washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients for meal preparation.
• Measuring ingredients and preparing menu items with precision and care.
• Taking customer orders and ensuring finalized orders are ready for pick-up.
• Checking orders for accuracy before handing them to delivery drivers or customers.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, tools, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen.
• Monitoring food and cooling room temperatures to ensure proper storage.
• Washing and cleaning food preparation equipment, small wares, and utensils.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, booths, and floors.
• Assisting with closing duties, such as scrubbing and polishing surfaces and equipment.
• Supporting other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience in a fast-food environment (preferred).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
