Geriatric Nursing Care Provider

Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. Work 12-hour day shifts and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans. Receive competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for a 13-week assignment in Appleton, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting, adhering to all safety and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document all care activities accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, discharge instructions, and available resources.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote patient well-being and prevent infections.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate bedside manner
