Overview Kinema Fitness is a premium fitness center operator that provides on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the country. We pride ourselves on creating an absolutely incredible atmosphere for our members that is built on the highest levels of customer satisfaction, member engagement, program innovation, and performance. Kinema Fitness is seeking an On-Demand Personal Trainer to grow the personal training program in a high-end corporate fitness center in Hoffman Estates, IL on an on-demand basis. We are seeking someone who is strong in personal training, and wants to grow their book rapidly. Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule, and wants to train many clients. Responsibilities Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, tailored to the needs of the members and client. Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks. Register prospective members and guide them to the correct person. Provide information on classes and availability. Handle questions regarding memberships. Ensure the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and maintain the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center. Build personal training program. Requirements Certification in Personal Training Valid CPR/AED certification Private insurance Pay $26-37 per session Work Arrangement On-demand basis; on-site at a high-end corporate fitness center in Hoffman Estates, IL.
