Medical Science Liaison, US CNS Oncology Field-Based, Western Region U.S.

What You'll Do:

• Provide field-based medical information, scientific data, and education to healthcare professionals on Novocure's FDA-approved and pipeline products
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with thought leaders, clinical investigators, and other providers in the scientific community
• Support the Clinical Operations organization, as needed, in Novocure-sponsored research
• Serve as the primary liaison with investigators interested in discussing and developing investigator-initiated research involving TTFields, inovitro, or Novocure investigational products
• Ensure compliance in all scientific communications and education related to disease states of interest to Novocure
• Attend and provide scientific support for US Scientific Affairs activities and scientific sessions at regional and national congress meetings
• Serve as a critical resource for in-office Medical Affairs teams by articulating insights gathered in the field and helping strategize impactful dissemination plans
• Serve as an internal scientific resource for training and educational support

About You:

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred with 12 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable role
• At least 2 years of combined oncology or industry experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information
• Strong judgment and ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Strategic, passionate self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
• Ability to collaborate effectively across both large and small teams
• Ability to travel up to 60%
• Ability to work remotely and lift up to 50 pounds

What We Offer:

• The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $166,000-197,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.
• Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
• NOVOFLEX: We offer a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model for most of our office-based roles. Employees are asked to be in the office three days per week.
