Sales Project Manager

The Service Project Sales Representative will identify customer needs, design solutions, and secure project agreements. They will build long-term client relationships while combining their technical knowledge and mindset with their effective sales strategies. Identify and develop opportunities for mechanical retrofit and system replacement projects Create and estimate mechanical system solutions, including hydronic and refrigerant piping, sheet metal design, and basic electrical and load calculations Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold outreach across commercial, industrial, institutional, and government sectors Present value-driven solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency Develop and deliver detailed proposals to key decision-makers and stakeholder groups Lead negotiations for project agreements, including financial and payback analyses when applicable Coordinate with internal Operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution Work cross-functionally with Construction, Design-Build, and Performance Contracting teams to maximize opportunities Manage and track sales pipeline, scheduling, and activities to consistently achieve revenue goals Engage with industry organizations to build relationships and expand professional networks Maintain accurate records and adhere to established sales processes and documentation standards High School Diploma 5+ years of outside sales experience in a technical field 5+ years of experience with designing, estimating, and overseeing projects Experience running full sales cycles Experience working/overseeing multiple jobs at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr
