DescriptionRobert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data transformation initiatives.This individual will partner closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop scalable data solutions, improve data accessibility, and support strategic decision-making across multiple business functions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable data solutions supporting reporting and analytics initiativesBuild and maintain data transformation workflowsDevelop logical and physical data modelsSupport enterprise reporting and self-service analytics capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data requirementsImprove data quality, governance, and consistency across platformsParticipate in development best practices, testing, and code management processesSupport ongoing data modernization effortsRequirementsQualifications3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, business intelligence engineering, or related disciplinesStrong SQL development experienceExperience working with enterprise data warehouse technologiesData modeling experience with Snowflake and DBT Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiativesFamiliarity with cloud-based data platformsExperience with source control and collaborative development environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience with modern data transformation frameworksExposure to cloud-native analytics platformsKnowledge of enterprise ERP and operational systemsExperience building scalable reporting datasets and semantic layersCompensationCompetitive base salary plus bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package.Work ScheduleFully onsite collaboration required within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.Job typePerm
