Remote Medicare STARS Pharmacist - Clinical Care & Gaps

Sentara Health Plans is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist for Medicare STARS, a remote position based in Norfolk, VA. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid pharmacist license, with experience in Medicare STARS preferred. You'll work with SHP members to address medication-related gaps in care, requiring strong pharmacological knowledge and counseling skills.
