Medicare Advantage Strategy Director

Seeking a remote or Washington, DC-based Medicare Advantage Strategy Director, the full-time position will manage client engagements, provide deep expertise in Medicare Advantage strategy, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted thought partner to clients, managing multiple projects and ensuring timely deliverables Lead go-to-market strategies and translate strategic decisions into operational paths for health plans Build and strengthen client relationships while contributing to business development efforts Required qualifications 7-10 years of relevant work experience, including in-house experience within a Medicare Advantage health plan Strong expertise in Medicare Advantage, including knowledge of STARS, risk adjustment, and performance management Demonstrated ability to bridge plan strategy and operations Consulting aptitude with experience in managing a dynamic portfolio of projects and clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills
