Catering Lead

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable individual to fill the Catering Lead role. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a focus on efficient order coordination and team leadership. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless catering operations, maintaining inventory, and leading staff to deliver high-quality service. Duties: (full list of mixed duties) Order Coordination & Communication Organize and track catering orders (time, date, address) using a whiteboard and calendar. Post orders the night before, confirm details with stores and CSC, and assign drivers. Primary contact for drivers and managers via WhatsApp; ensure clear communication across teams. Inventory & Operations Collaborate with GM on store par levels and inventory needs. Oversee order prep, execution, and ensure food quality and punctuality. Maintain vehicles and handle driver payouts. Scheduling & Availability Maintain open availability and communicate days off with GM. Report on store activities and support pop-up events. Leadership & Team Support Lead staff in executing orders with urgency and initiative.Take charge in the absence of other managers and support company goals.Participate in manager meetings and ensure smooth store operations.
