Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst. You will work across the full deal lifecycle, from acquisitions through asset management, with real ownership of your work from day one. Responsibilities Conduct financial modeling and perform property and market analysis to support investment decisions Support underwriting processes and assist with due diligence for potential acquisitions Help manage the existing portfolio, including tracking lease performance and critical dates, monitoring budgets, and coordinating with property managers and vendors Evaluate value‑add and hold/sell strategies across owned assets Prepare reports and presentations that support acquisitions and portfolio management Collaborate closely with the team to drive successful property acquisitions and ongoing asset performance Qualifications Strong analytical skills for assessing financial data and market trends Proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting techniques Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities Background in finance or a related field Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Relevant work experience in commercial real estate or investment analysis preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Northway Commercial
