Training & Development Specialist

Shape learning programs that help train next-generation AI systems by turning real-world training and instructional-design expertise into clear, high-quality learning experiences. This remote contractor role focuses on designing and delivering structured educational programs for a client project. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable learning and program objectives for specific audiences.
• Design end-to-end learning programs, including objectives, modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging digital educational content, including instructional materials, presentations, and learner resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools, such as quizzes and rubrics, to measure learner progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Refine program designs and learning materials in response to feedback and changing project requirements.
• Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
• Ability to define learning outcomes and connect them to relevant activities and assessments.
• Experience designing educational content for varied audiences, particularly in remote or digital settings.
• Knowledge of assessment development, including quizzes and rubrics, to evaluate learning impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in a virtual environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, adapt to evolving needs, and produce detail-oriented, learner-centered work.

Work Terms

• Remote contractor engagement.

Compensation

• $40 to $75 per hour.
