Join Our Dynamic ICU Nursing Team - All Shifts Available Job Description: - Are you an experienced ICU Registered Nurse ready to make a real impact? - We’re looking for dedicated nurses to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients within a supportive and culturally rich environment. - You will have the opportunity to work in a 5 Bed I.C.U. while using your professional knowledge to perform essential nursing care procedures. - Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals including surgeons, internal medicine doctors, OB/GYNs, and more. - Float to ED, Med/Surg, or Pediatric units as needed to ensure continuity of care. - Experience the unique landscape and community of Northwestern Arizona, serving the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute tribes along with other cultures. Necessary Qualifications: - Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of prior ICU nursing experience. - Education: - Associate Degree in Nursing. - Certifications: - Current unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) valid in any U.S. state, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory. - Must maintain valid certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire. - Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within 6 months of hire. - National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS within 6 months of hire.
