The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power equipment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored recommendations on products and solutions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of power equipment products and other related items. Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
• Drive sales by effectively presenting and upselling products, addressing customer inquiries, and converting leads into purchases.
• Provide expert advice and troubleshooting support to customers, helping them make informed decisions and resolve any issues they may encounter. Work with vendors and warranties. Repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor stock levels, manage product displays, and ensure that the store is well-stocked with popular and high demand power equipment items.
• Assist in training new sales associates on products and sales techniques, contributing to a knowledgeable and effective team.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Passion for power equipment and customer service
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift on-site
• No formal education required; motivation and willingness to learn are key
