CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment.Bridges Program Responsibilities This full-time position supports children ages 6–12 in an intensive Extended Day Treatment program. Responsibilities include active supervision and engagement with children; planning and facilitating therapeutic recreational groups and creative, developmentally appropriate activities designed to address children's treatment needs; co-facilitating and supporting clinician-led therapeutic groups; assisting with behavioral management and clinical interventions; and supporting case management, family outreach, scheduling, phone calls, and related administrative tasks.This position offers meaningful, hands-on experience in children's mental health and the opportunity to develop skills in therapeutic group work, behavioral interventions, case management, family engagement, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
