What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing visits (RN's/LPNs) based on the client’s plan of care.
• Medication management, vitals, treatments, wound care, education, and assessments.
• Collaborate with our clinical team for changes in condition and care coordination.
• Document visits electronically (user-friendly system; training provided).

What We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana RN or LPN license.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.
• New grads and retired nurses wanting part-time work are encouraged to apply.
