Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in New London, Connecticut. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to aid decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial principles and be skilled in data analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
Conduct variance analysis and identify financial trends
Work with cross-functional teams to support financial planning

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
