Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Implementation (US) Annual Salary: US$100,000 - US$105,000 Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way. Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it): Movember's Prostate Cancer portfolio in the United States spans grants, implementation projects, clinical convenings, and community partnerships across research, sexual health and wellbeing, clinical quality, personalized cancer care, and health equity. As Program Manager, Prostate Cancer Implementation, you'll be the operational engine making all of it move. Reporting to the Director, Prostate Cancer Implementation, this is a delivery-first role. You'll translate the Director's strategic priorities into coordinated, day-to-day execution across the US portfolio, owning timelines, deliverables, budgets, and the operational partner relationships that keep implementation on track. You'll work closely with national and state-based organizations, researchers, clinicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, hospitals, and cancer centers, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for US market partner needs and escalating issues, risks, and delays to the Director as they arise. A meaningful part of your work involves managing Movember's prostate cancer presence during key US awareness moments, including Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, Men's Health Week, and the annual Movember campaign, aligning implementation partners, clinicians, and community organizations with Marketing and Fundraising to maximize visibility and impact. You'll also coordinate conference, forum, and sector event logistics, participate in select events alongside or on behalf of the Director, and support advocacy and policy efforts through logistics coordination and stakeholder follow-up. Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You'll work with Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, and Finance on the operational details of business development, messaging, and program delivery, and support execution of commercial partnerships for cancer initiatives in the US market. This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in operational excellence, who can manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping the ball, and who is motivated by the real-world impact of getting prostate cancer programs in front of the people and communities who need them most. No Mustache Required - but the following are: Degree qualifications in a health-related discipline, health science, or population health. At least three years of program and project management experience within a health-related environment, with demonstrated training in project management methodology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and negotiations and influence across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple concurrent workstreams, with experience working with external stakeholders including clinical, community, and not-for-profit partners. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with project and task management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, including task creation, milestone tracking, and reporting, as well as working familiarity with SmartSheet, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Box. Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned operational tasks through to full completion, providing clear and substantive written status updates without requiring close supervision or repeated follow-up. Proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to convey complex implementation science frameworks clearly and concisely. Financial skills to develop and monitor large budget plans, including tracking invoices and payment status against contracted milestones and reconciling grant and program trackers against source finance reports. Not Mission Critical – but for bonus points: Experience working with a charity or not-for-profit organization. A project management certification. Knowledge of or genuine interest in prostate cancer, health equity, or personalized cancer care. Experience with grant or portfolio administration. Experience supporting conferences, events, or sector convenings.
