Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves independently leading deployments, new builds, and expansion projects across corporate offices, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and joint ventures (JVs). The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of network equipment procurement, configuration, implementation, documentation, and decommissioning, ensuring compliance with design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in network administration.
• Proficiency in Zscaler Cloud Security Services.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki.
• Proven skills in network routing (WAN Technology) and network switching (LAN Technology).
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience contributing to design and configure LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Familiarity with wireless and SD-WAN environments.
• Experience with infrastructure hardening initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support the growth and stabilization of network infrastructure, assisting with the design, configuration, and rollout of new regional sites and integrations.
• Partner with global IT and cybersecurity teams to drive patch compliance and strengthen network security posture.
• Configure, support, and maintain Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
• Take ownership of complex troubleshooting through all layers of the OSI model, coordinating with ISPs and internal stakeholders to restore service quickly and accurately.
• Contribute to process improvement by recommending tooling, automation, and documentation enhancements to strengthen visibility and uptime across all environments.
