Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role involves independently leading deployments, new builds, and expansion projects across corporate offices, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and joint ventures (JVs). The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of network equipment procurement, configuration, implementation, documentation, and decommissioning, ensuring compliance with design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in network administration.
Proficiency in Zscaler Cloud Security Services.
Experience with Cisco Meraki.
Proven skills in network routing (WAN Technology) and network switching (LAN Technology).
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience contributing to design and configure LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Familiarity with wireless and SD-WAN environments.
Experience with infrastructure hardening initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support the growth and stabilization of network infrastructure, assisting with the design, configuration, and rollout of new regional sites and integrations.
Partner with global IT and cybersecurity teams to drive patch compliance and strengthen network security posture.
Configure, support, and maintain Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
Take ownership of complex troubleshooting through all layers of the OSI model, coordinating with ISPs and internal stakeholders to restore service quickly and accurately.
Contribute to process improvement by recommending tooling, automation, and documentation enhancements to strengthen visibility and uptime across all environments.
