What You'll Be Doing
- Talking to people every day and helping them protect what matters most (homes, cars, businesses, etc.)
- Learning how to sell like a pro (we'll teach you everything you need to know)
- Building relationships that turn into long-term clients
- Hitting goals and earning commission when you do
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is a plusbut if you're naturally persuasive and love chatting with people, we want to hear from you!
- A positive attitude and serious work ethic
- A desire to grow, learn, and build a career (not just collect a paycheck)
- Willingness to get licensed (we'll guide you through the process)
