Join us at razorfish.com.Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Manager - Resource Management, your primary responsibility is to leverage your exceptional project management and people skills to promptly deliver high-quality staffing solutions including the management, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests. You’ll effectively balance multiple high-priority assignments while developing partnerships across the business to provide the highest level of customer service.You will collaborate with discipline leads to ensure target utilization of regions, understand current and predict future client resource needs, deliver reporting to project teams, lead status calls, work with team/project leadership to identify staffing gaps, and support the VP of Resource Management for any matter relating to resource management.About the Role:Maintain team utilization targets and effectively pool and utilize resources from multiple officesOversee the direction, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests with support from Capacity PartnersContribute to reporting for utilization trends and forecastsInitiate and manage staffing requests for both full time and contracting resourcesMaintain and communicate key information to Capacity Partners about current projects, pipeline and resource forecast and provide daily job status updates to team membersMaintain an inventory of core skills and track team members’ skills by proficiency, frequency, and context of useLead weekly staffing meetings and ad hoc meetings as neededMaintain an inventory of core competency skills and track individual skills by proficiency, frequency, and context of use Drive collaboration, promote smooth workflow, and maintain open communication between industry teams, ensuring workflow progresses efficiently and projects/staff are shifted as neededAssist staff members with career development by coordinating team member development plans, coaching, and mentoring with their managers and capability leadsUtilize an understanding of resource competencies, skillsets, and interests in order to make informed, effective staffing decisionsServe as a change manager and evangelist by identifying resourcing opportunities to optimize business and resource alignment as well as by partnering with key stakeholders to champion resourcing change initiatives through persistent and consistent communication and messagingQualifications6-9 years of process-focused resource management/staffing/workforce planning experience, preferably within an advertising agency or consulting environmentExperience staffing Media with skill sets; Paid & Owned Strategy, Search and Programmatic.
