• Compensation: $17.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, Utah

• Work Schedule: 7:00 AM3:30 PM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients, customers, and visitors.

• Receive, identify, label, and organize laboratory samples accurately.

• Verify sample information and documentation to support accurate processing.

• Enter and maintain sample and customer information in computer systems.

• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members regarding sample requirements and status.

• Follow established procedures for sample handling, storage, and processing.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work area.

• Support daily laboratory and customer service operations as needed.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to accurately enter information and maintain detailed records.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow written procedures and handle samples according to established protocols.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work the scheduled 7:00 AM3:30 PM shift.

Preferred

• Previous customer service experience.

• Previous experience in a laboratory, medical, environmental, manufacturing, or sample-receiving environment.

• Experience with data entry, sample tracking, or laboratory information systems.
