Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross‑functional execution. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases. Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication. Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery. What You Must Bring 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early‑stage startups. Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning). Hands‑on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash. Proven ability to influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders. First-Month Focus Audit current project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams. Define sprint cadence and reporting structure for all active projects.
