We have a 13-bed ventilator unit that specializes in cardiopulmonary treatment for patients who are ventilator and tracheostomy dependent, and those with various respiratory diseases and conditions. Job Type : PRN Shift Available : All Shifts Shift Differential for evenings and nights Job Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with a variety of pulmonary diseases Tracheostomy care and ventilator management Oxygen therapy and monitoring Rehabilitation and ventilator weaning Nocturnal support with CPAP/BiPAP Daily documentation Skills Problem-solving and critical thinking Interpersonal communication Detail-Oriented Reliability & Time-management Passion for helping others Education Actively licensed by the State of Iowa as an RCP Graduate of a CoARC approved respiratory therapy program Credentialed as a CRT or RRT by the NBRC
